Unsere Idee, uns in dem traumhaft schönen Andalusien eine Finca zu kaufen, begann mit der Recherche im Internet. Durch Zufall stießen wir auf SunShineImmo und haben einen absoluten Glücksgriff mit der Gründerin und Inhaberin Natascha Konen gemacht. Sie hat sich unserer Sache persönlich angenommen und eine bessere und persönlichere Betreuung konnten wir uns gar nicht wünschen. Kompetent, zuvorkommend, super nett und stets lösungsorientiert, war sie immer für uns da und hat uns tatsächlich unser Traumhaus vermittelt. Sie war nie müde für uns erreichbar zu sein und all unsere Fragen zu beantworten, uns unsere Unsicherheiten zu nehmen und manchmal waren wir bestimmt anstrengend ☺️ sie hat es uns aber nie spüren lassen, falls es tatsächlich so war 😉 Die Vermittlung von einer deutschsprachigen Anwältin, einer deutschsprachigen Bankerin, deutschsprachiger Versicherungsvertretung u.v.m. gehörte ebenso zu ihrer umfangreichen Betreuung, wie die Vermittlung von Gewerken aus ihrem tollen Netzwerk. Ich bin der festen Überzeugung, niemand hätte uns besser betreuen können als Natascha Konen. Wenn Ihr also mit dem Gedanken spielt, Euch in der Region Malaga eine Finca oder eine Villa zu kaufen, dann findet Ihr keine bessere Immobilienmaklerin 😘![Google]()

Wir haben schon einige Immobilien erworben, aber solch einen Service wie bei Sunshine Immo in Coin/Malaga haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Natascha macht wirklich alles möglich, hilft auch bei Fragen über den Kauf hinaus, gerade wenn man Neu in diesem Land ist. Sie hat tolle Kontakte, ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich bei ihr sehr gut und sicher aufgehoben, vor allem fair und ehrlich behandelt. Natascha macht es möglich als alleinige exklusive Ansprechpartnerin einem alle gewünschten Immobilien zu zeigen, auch diese, welche sie nicht alleinig anbietet. Könnte man 10 ********** Sterne vergeben, Natascha hätte diese verdient. Danke für diese traumhaft schöne Finca und die angenehme und extrem professionelle, aber auch herzliche Abwicklung, was heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist, aber bei Sunshine Immo wird Service und der Kunde großgeschrieben :-) :-) :-)![Google]()

We bought a house through Natasha and another agency. Clive showed us the property and was so helpful in telling us about the area and translating for us , and came out when ever we asked. Then the after sales help from Natasha was second to none , helped with introductions to trades people who we could contact straight away and gave us first class service .
