Properties for sale & long term rentals costa del sol area

Sales, long term rentals, legal services & property maintenance.

Sunshine Immo www.sunshine-immo.com is a real estate company based in Coín, Málaga. We are located 20 minutes drive away from the airport of Malaga, 25 minutes from Malaga City and 30 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Marbella’s greater area. Unbeatable location!

We work mainly Inland Costa del Sol’s areas such Coín and Alhaurín el Grande. If what you are looking for is a property in the sun to live a quiet and authentic Andalusian laid back lifestyle surrounded by countryside and horses, this is it! Foreign citizens in both communities represent 17% Coín and 20% Alhaurin el Grande of the total population being the average 24.000 inhabitants per village.

The common landscaping in this region are country houses, haciendas, fincas and cortijos dotting the extremely beautiful olive, lemon and orange groves. Properties around here can be very sophisticated.

One of our traditional Andalusian villas with beautiful views of the Mijas mountains in the back drop.

We also find authentic Andalusian farm style country houses that were originally built for the families to gather occasionally on weekends and take care of the groves. To endure the long & hot summers when everyday life is lived outside under the porch, these are proportionally bigger than the house itself. Usually they are built on one floor and have 2 to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, an open plan kitchen and a living room with a fire place. Humble & charming like the example down here.

If you prefer a more vibrant area, we can also help you find your home in the Coastal areas of Mijas Costa, Marbella, Puerto Banús, Elviria, or Calahonda

If you are looking for a more sophisticated lifestyle, we can also help you find your home in the Coastal areas of Mijas Costa, Marbella, Puerto Banús, Elviria, or Calahonda. Life here is more vibrant and the offer in contemporary and modern villas, apartments and penthouses as well as in prestigious residential areas, endless. Resorts, luxury hotels, Michelin Star restaurants, renown golf courses, international schools, yachting, tennis clubs. etc. Just name it!

We also have properties available in newly built complexes and pre-construction projects.

Feel free to get in contact and ask to our multilingual team, we have more than 16 years of experience in the real estate sector and know the difficult it is to move abroad, buy or rent a property and move on with your life when you cannot speak the language, don’t understand the culture or the legal system. Let us help you to make the right decision.

Thank you for visiting our website. We are pleased to help you find your home in Costa del Sol. www.sunshine-immo.com

I have been working with Natascha Konen from Sunshine Immo for almost 14 years now, and I can honestly say that she is exceptional. She successfully sold my apartment and has also helped me several times in finding new homes over the years. The fact that I keep coming back to her says everything. In real estate, trust, competence, and reliability are everything — and Natascha combines all three. She has a deep understanding of the market, communicates clearly, and handles every step with professionalism and calm confidence. At the same time, she brings a very personal touch to her work. You never feel like “just another client.” She truly listens and understands what matters. Selling or finding a home is never just a transaction — it’s personal. With Natascha, I always felt supported, well-advised, and in safe hands. I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, experienced, and trustworthy real estate agent. Thank you, Natascha, for many years of outstanding support.

Muchas gracias!
