Incredible panoramic views from this fabulous 561 m2 plot placed in an exclusive urbanization of Coín.

Located high up at Sierra Chica, this plot have an arc of views spanning from Alhaurín El Grande, past the western slopes of Sierra Gorda, Villafranco Del Guadalhorce and a wide panoramic of the surrounding valleys and mountains.

With the possibility of building up to 300 m2 on the plot divided into two floors of 150 m2 each plus a basement, with all the services available, it is located less than 5 minutes from the La Trocha Shopping Center, 14 minutes from Coín and Alhaurín El Grande downtown areas, 30 minutes from Malaga and the airport, and 35 minutes from Marbella.

Due to the slopes and the configuration of the terrain, the possibility that the views could be blocked by other constructions is quite unlikely.

I have been working with Natascha Konen from Sunshine Immo for almost 14 years now, and I can honestly say that she is exceptional. She successfully sold my apartment and has also helped me several times in finding new homes over the years. The fact that I keep coming back to her says everything. In real estate, trust, competence, and reliability are everything — and Natascha combines all three. She has a deep understanding of the market, communicates clearly, and handles every step with professionalism and calm confidence. At the same time, she brings a very personal touch to her work. You never feel like “just another client.” She truly listens and understands what matters. Selling or finding a home is never just a transaction — it’s personal. With Natascha, I always felt supported, well-advised, and in safe hands. I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, experienced, and trustworthy real estate agent. Thank you, Natascha, for many years of outstanding support.

Muchas gracias!
